Drive to L.A.

Another full day of driving with beautiful scenery!

First stop on this rainy day: Golden Gate Bridge!

World's Largest Artichoke, located in Castroville, the Artichoke Center of the World. This baby is 20 feet tall and 12 feet wide.

Still on Route 1. Still very windy. There was actually one of those signs that looks like a snake with an arrow as the head with a "Next 75 Miles" underneath. Never again.

Also never again? This place. It rivals Shari's for worst food ever. It's made worse by its cost and horrible service. The wait for two sandwiches? 30 minutes. Although seeing the one desk Town Hall located inside the grocery store (which was attached to the cafe) was almost worth it.
